14th Mary 2010 Good Grief!! I haven't seen a picture of Sludge for 6 weeks and he is HUGE!!!! ![]() ![]() 25th March 2010 He is so big. I can't believe how much he's grown 15th March 2010 Wow! I can't believe we haven't had any pictures of Sludge since the growth chart three weeks ago. I know he was a bit unwell last week, but it doesn't seem to have done him any harm as the latest growth chart shows that he is doing very well indeed. ![]() At this rate, by the time the summer holidays are finished, we're going to need bigger chart. 26th February 2010 ![]() ![]() ![]() 24th February 2010 ![]() 16th February 2010 Sludge had a great time over the holidays staying at Kirsten's house. 5th February 2010 This is Sophie M giving Sludge his excercise. ![]() 3rd February 2010 We have discovered that Sludge loves strawberries. Here he is enjoying one. He likes to come out for a little while before school finishes and spend some time exploring our hands. We have to be very careful with him though. ![]() ![]() 26th January 2010 Sludge comes out most days and the kids take turns to hold him. He is pictured here coming out of his shell to eat some pepper. You can really see how big he has grown. ![]() ![]() 15th January 2010 Sludge has been with us for a month. He was first measured on 14 dec and the second is 15 Jan so you can see he has grown quite a bit! He loves attention and he got measured again today. ![]() ![]() ![]() 6th January 2010 Sludge came back from Christmas at Ellie's house. It is very cold in Scotland now and Sludge is just not used to it so he is just burying down to keep warm. Maybe he is hiberanting or just conserving energy. I suspect he will be a lot livelier next week. 19th December 2009 He will be spending the Christmas holiday with Elly and her family. Here are some pictures of him getting used to Elly, having a walk about and getting to know her. He was drinking water from her hands and can move quick quickly when he wants to. 14th December 2009 Class 4B have a GIANT African Snail called Sludge. He's only a baby so he's not too giant at the moment but we hope he's going to get bigger. |
