We had a lovely afternoon with Rabbi Rubin from the Giffnock synagogue. He told us lots of interesting information about the Jewish way of life and Jewish history. He brought lots of interesting objects with him to show us.

We also got to taste matzos which everyone liked, but not as much as the kosher biscuits he left for us. (rumour has it that Mrs Boyiatjis has hidden some in her desk drawer)

We have been invited to visit the synagogue in Giffnock and we hope to do that soon.
