Enterprise 2010

Don't tell the parents, but, for our enterprise this year we are arranging an exhibition to show the parents all our hard work on our roman topic.

First we decided to form a company and discussed what depts we would need. We looked at our skills and qualities and then applied for jobs in our chosen dept. Mrs Boyiatjis told us what dept we were in and we have been busy ever since. We are working together to discuss what has to be done and allocate tasks. We are very excited about it all but we are trying to remember the skills we learned in listening and talking, especially small group voices. If we all work together in our departments and complete our tasks then our day will go well.

Enterprise - "Romans" Open Day

The open day was a huge success and the parents were very impressed with the childrens work.

The Ancient Roman Apple cake was delicious and everyone liiked the stuffed dormouse (Scottish style).
The parents were challenged to complete a worksheet in Roman Numerals and they got very competative, I even caught one mum copying!
